TexanMark Posted November 4, 2008 Report Posted November 4, 2008 You guys have any firm dates yet for 2009 nonconference games. Syracuse fans are thinking you guys come up for a game with us on September 5th, 2009. Can you confirm?Good luck with the rest of your season--I see it looks like you might make a bowl game. Syracuse is playing much better ball now...however, too little too late for 2008. Likely we'll have a new coach in 2009. Quote

Likely we'll have a new coach in 2009.The "official" website of GoZips.com is notoriously suspect with such information, and looking there now I cannot even find any future schedules currently posted. I know a few people (uakronkid) have been saying for a while that the Zips were heading back to the Carrier Dome next year. The following link seems to confirm this. I hope the Orange win a few more to close out the year. I know I'll be headed back to Syracuse next year. It's a great place to visit Link Quote
TexanMark Posted November 12, 2008 Author Report Posted November 12, 2008 Just found out Syracuse is hosting Minnesota on September 5th, 2009. We are traveling to Penn State on September 12th. So we'll be playing you in late September. Do you have a future schedule for 2009--even a partial one? Quote
g-mann17 Posted November 12, 2008 Report Posted November 12, 2008 We know that we play Penn State to open and Indiana on September 19. Quote
