ZachTheZip Posted February 23, 2009 Report Posted February 23, 2009 Spring practice starts next week. I'm excited to see how the offense turns out in the spring game on April 4th. The potential at running back, and the improvement of the passing game should be great to watch. Here's hoping the defense sorts itself out, since JD can be freed up to focus on it more. Quote
pdt1420 Posted February 24, 2009 Report Posted February 24, 2009 I know this has been said before, and who knows if he can stay out of trouble... but I can't wait to see Devoe. I got to see him play a few games at Massilon (my buddy was coaching there) and he just wouldn't be stopped. Quote
ZachTheZip Posted February 24, 2009 Author Report Posted February 24, 2009 Devoe has incredible potential. I believe that if he didn't get into that trouble in high school, he would be OSU's starting RB now that Wells has left.Alex Allen will be our featured back, should he stay healthy. Then there's Dale Martin, the transfer from Louisville. I have no worries about our running game dropping off. Quote

InTheZone Posted February 25, 2009 Report Posted February 25, 2009 Dale Martin, in my opinion, will quickly establish himself as the feature back. Devoe and Alex don't make for bad backups though. Quote
Bleacher Bum Posted February 26, 2009 Report Posted February 26, 2009 I'm curious to see Devoe as well. I haven't heard much from them in the past 2 decades, but that girl was poison! Quote
