He's a small forward from Cincinnati (OH) with offers from schools like Penn State, St. Josephs, and West Virginia.One of the many talented juniors in the state of Ohio is Allen Payne. The versatile 6-foot-6 forward is having an excellent season, and recently was visited by a pair of head coaches.
