Automatic PM Reply

Maybe there could be a function that sends an automatic reply to anyone who PMs a member. Sort of like an out of office reply in Outlook. I don't read the PMs I get and it would at least be nice to let the person sending the PM that I have no interest in what they have to say.

What a neighborly aire you have about you.I honestly don't know if I have ever sent a PM here, but regardless, wow.BTW, I think that is the sorta feature that would probably be a custom addon. I've never heard of that being a standard option on most boards

You could always go into your controls and under "Board Options" choose to turn off the Personal Messenger.

or, if you are desperate enough, you could go into the PM Blocker and start adding everyone

I was sort of hoping for an option that would cause a PM to be automatically sent from a random member to me every time I log in. This could come in handy when I'm particularly lonely. I wouldn't even care so much whether the member was "real" or "imagined".
