ZachTheZip Posted September 17, 2009 Report Posted September 17, 2009 Elton breaks down the money made from the first home gameIn total, he says UA made $287,500 not including season tickets or luxury box revenues. When you factor those in, the total comes out to be $562,500 (previous number + ([season tickets + luxury seats] / 6) as found here, adjusted for most current known numbersMuch more than we paid Morgan State to come here, I would guess. Also, we're paying Indiana $150,000 to play here so we'll come out ahead for both non-conference home games (we don't pay for conference home games). Quote

No one's going to comment about poor Coach Martin's "inflammatory comments"? Here's to the NCAA rep! Quote
MDZip Posted September 17, 2009 Report Posted September 17, 2009 For those that wanted a program from last week, seems the Zips are printing more (see the bottom of the article above). There are a lot more money stats in it too to include concessions (more money in one week than was made all of last year) and Zips apparel. Quote
ZippyTuba11 Posted September 17, 2009 Report Posted September 17, 2009 How much did we pay Morgan State anyway? Quote
