xu9697
if we lose to OU, I will abandon hope.1. If you were realistic, you probably had us at 2-2 right now when you made your predictions. Yes, it is obviously more than the record, but we have already played the best 3 teams on our schedule.2. Two weeks to prepare for OU. I have little faith in the coaches right now, but if they have any hope those 2 weeks should help.3. All of our remaining home games are very winnable..once again, the competition we face drops off in a big way.4. Buffalo looks beatable. We may have to luck out at N. Illinois or BG. The sky isn't falling, it already fell. This team has given up. Didnt you read their body language? They dont care!
Dr Z
This team has given up. Didnt you read their body language? They dont care! You are not going to convince me that Tuzze, Bowser or Wagner have "given up" I HATE that term...the team has given up.

There are always a few guys that will play their hearts out regardless of the situation. However, a large percentage of this team has cashed it in. ctmjbowes@sbcglobal.net
I will not be the least bit surprised if, barring MAJOR change, this team fails to win another game the rest of the way. They suck, hard, and yes it looked to me like the team just gave in yesterday. It seems to me that each loss is looking worse. Their loss to PSU was pretty respectable considering the totality of the circumstances that day. Their loss to Indiana was much worse, and yesterday the wheels came off, the sky fell. This program is completely broken, a complete loss for this year. Here is where I am with this team:The Zips yesterday looked exactly like what I remember years ago at the Rubber Bowl. They looked small, slow, beaten, like a glorified olden days Ohio Valley Conference team. The lines were blown out on most plays, the QB play was a joke. I was taken back to the bad, bad old days of Zips football. This is a terrible Zips football product. How will Wistrcill sell this program to the community?
