Of course, he or she can always blame in on the Aerodynamicist You don't need a degree to see how the wind gets up under and behind that sign.It should have been mounted flush to a flat surface. The truth is, there are a lot of Mexicans working in construction in the US and the other part of that is they are the only people willing to work hard enough to assemble a building on time.
