I wish JD well and hope he gets it if he wants, still, Im a bit surprised at the speed of his opportunity and the level, considering this years offensive history. He was a good OC at Pitt when he ran that type of offense.Living here in the Phoenix area and having an roommate that is a huge ASU fan, I brought this to his attention and he is so against even the idea of bringing JD for even an interview. He dosen't think that he is a bad guy. However he is even wondering how can he can get an interview when he could not get it done with the zips. He dosen't think that he is a bad guy. However he is even wondering how can he can get an interview when he could not get it done with the zips.Look at the big picture. JD goes to ASU after ASU goes 4-8. Their coach has to be on the hot seat so there may not be many coaches with JD's experience looking at that job.Even if they get fired after next year, JD is in the same city as his star pupil Larry Fitzgerald. I told a friend of mine who is a neighbor of JDs in Ohio to watch to see where Shanahan lands and you will see where JD will own his next house.I'd also look for Shanahan to land in Carolina next year.
