Jalapeño Zippy
The only new job is #3. The other two are positions recently left by Kevin Klotz and Mike Cawood.
goodthts
The only new job is #3. The other two are positions recently left by Kevin Klotz and Mike Cawood. Ok, well hopefully the new person actually does something. There may have been relations with local, regional and national media before, but I doubt they were positive. If these previous relations were positive and growing, then the UofA would be much farther along today as far as publicity and regional/national exposure then they are now. 2) Assistant AD for Athletics Communications--Serving as the chief editor for GoZips.com, the official website of Zips Athletics; utilizing the website and other social media initiatives to create additional multimedia content; establishing and maintaining positive relations with local, regional and national media to generate publicity and exposure; writing and editing press releases and all other athletic publications and collateral; managing all sports information-related game-day operations, including statistics; oversee a budget. scottditzen
They really should have a WKNR tent set up in the stadium for every home game. Heck, invite every newspaper, tv and radio station in NEO to have a presence there.

If people hear about all the fun and good times going on outside of the game itself, they'll want to come.

This position has just been filled. Gregg Bach, who some of you know as a spokesman for the Zips the past few years, was promoted to Assistant AD. I think this is a good hire. ksu sucks
I'd like to see something with this sort of quality if Akron ever starts winning. I don't know who Ohio's play-by-play guy is, but Frenchie makes this guy look like a square. How cool would it be to have the HD footage of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kypnW0FaYY So is this possible at Akron? Just once or twice per season? Just once or twice per season?Your right, but do something original, no need to copy Mike Marchinsky's idea like OU did. Especially since the idea came at the hands of Akron's home town NFL team. BTW, one of the top 5 games I have attended in my life.

Haha, I never said the bobkittens were original. And by the way, that video is proof that there is still a rivalry(no matter how many Steelers fans deny it).
