bigzipguy
Stating basically that they frustrated the Zips and have developed a blueprint by which other teams might attack Akron. Dr Z
Is there ever betting in this sport? Is there a line? Over/under? Futures? PS You might want to show a source for this comment. Is it just one crazy fan, multiple?
w00t
Is there ever betting in this sport? Is there a line? Over/under? Futures? Soccer betting is generally available as a bet on team 1 to win, a bet on team 2 to win, or bet on a draw. For example, Man U vs. Bolton this weekend is Man U (-222), Bolton (+600), and draw (+300). There are variations available online (draw is no action, goal spread, other props based on total goals, team to score first, etc.), but in Vegas the option above is usually the only action to be found. plowerman78
yeah really exposed us, when we had two shots cleared off the line, one go off the post, and at one point 4 straight corner kicks. Game could of easily of been 4-0. And yeah our defense was really uncomfortable when his guys would trip over the ball and we would get a yellow card. Porter even says its a high risk approach offense that is vulnerable to the counter attack. And to be honest I can only think of one game (New Mexico 2 years back) when the counter attack burned us for a goal. What a joke

Thanks Woot. Is this only for "pro" (I'm ignorant to what league your example is)? Can I bet on college (Akron) somewhere? If I am to give this sport another chance, I am going to have to put some coin on it to make it interesting. Betting can make a game of marbles interesting. The line posted above is from an upcoming English Premier League match. Unfortunately there is no place (that I know of at least) to bet on college soccer.
