bmaker
Getting back on topic... North Carolina and SMU knotted at 1 apiece at the half. SMU struck first within 5 minutes on a beautiful diagonal ball with the attacker splitting two defenders and slotting it home. Not to be out-done, NC follows 5 minutes later on a cross into the mixer that gets poked home by an unmarked attacker. Without taking away from the quality of the goals, both were, in my opinion, defendable and should have been cleared. BTW, it's north east Ohio's Chris Penso in center and Brian Miller on the near side. Can't quite tell who the far side AR is.
a-zip
Can you imagine the nightmare DHS would have it we hosted the World Cup?
ZachTheZip
Can you imagine the nightmare DHS would have it we hosted the World Cup? Would it be any different than the last time we hosted it? Or when we had the Olympics? There's no country in the world more prepared to host events of this magnitude than the US. Z.I.P.
North Carolina advances for the third time on penalty kicks 4-2 Wow! I gotta tell ya, I've been betting against UNC since last year's quarterfinals! They sure find a way to move on.
