Akron vs. Memphis

Yeah, Akron did what it had to do against Northern Illinois to earn this spot, and yeah, it’s a solid MAC team, but a Garrett Wolfe vs. DeAngelo Williams game would’ve been a whole lot more fun. Williams is always worth the price of admission.

Toledo vs. UTEP

The last time we saw Toledo, it won a double-overtime thriller over Bowling Green. UTEP is a fun team to watch, but it choked worse than any team in America down the stretch. While this isn’t an intriguing matchup, it could be the MAC’s best team vs. the best Conference USA team.

Don't agree with the GMAC ranking being #26 out of #28, but from a national perspective, the public may see it this way.
