MONDAY Buffalo (18-13) @ Quinnipiac (22-9) 7:00 pm TUESDAY Ohio (18-15) @ Marshall (22-11) 7:00 pm Furman (22-10) @ East Tennessee State (22-11) 7:00 pm Jacksonville (19-11) @ East Carolina (18-15) 8:00 pm Rider (23-10) @ Northern Iowa (19-13) 8:00 pm North Dakota (19-14) @ Air Force (15-15) 9:00 pm Northern Arizona (19-12) @ Santa Clara (19-14) 10:00 pm Portland (20-11) @ Hawaii (18-12) 12:00 am (midnight) WEDNESDAY Tennessee Tech (20-12) @ Western Michigan (20-12) 7:00 pm Iona (22-11) @ Valparaiso (23-11) 8:00 pm Oral Roberts (19-15) @ SMU (17-14) 8:00 pm Idaho (18-13) @ San Francisco (17-14) 10:00 pm While Miami plays in the better known College Basketball Invitational. The Ducks will play Weber State on Wednesday at their new $227 million, on-campus basketball arena. Oregon, from the Pac-10, is the only school from one of the traditional power conferences in the CBI. Central Florida plays St. Bonaventure at home on Wednesday. Boise State will play Austin Peay on Tuesday Davidson hosts James Madison on Tuesday. The other CBI matchups were: (dates not given) San Jose State at Creighton Duquesne at Montana Hofstra at Evansville Miami (Ohio) at Rhode Island. Quote

Where are the guys from Jar State? They got shafted, while Miami makes it with a .500 record. ZIP in Paradise, Must be that Balls finished second to Western. The Redhawks probably had a much better RPI and SOS due to the way Charley does OOC scheduling. For Lance99, the more MAC teams that get bids the more visibility and opportunity to showcase the conference. Its a win-win all the way round for MAC programs. Quote

MAC Freshman of the Year & absolute beast Javon McCrea, though only having one foul, still only played 20 minutes & only scored 6 points. Hmm. Quote
