''We have a different buzz in the locker room, as opposed to last year,'' senior offensive tackle Jake Anderson said. ''We didn't know what it was going to be like with the new coaches. But this year we are more settled in.'' ''We are excited to get started, to get things under way,'' senior offensive guard Zac Kasparek said. ''To have a great season, you need a great spring to kind of get a jump-start on everything.''The Zips begin the spring drills with a two-deep depth chart. But the names on it could change quickly, Ianello said. ''Every position is up for grabs because every position has to improve,'' he said. ''As I told the team, you determine the depth chart, not the coaches.If someone has played a bunch of football for us, but they don't develop, and someone develops more than they do, we are in the business of putting the best 22 players on the field.''
