scottditzen Posted July 26, 2011 Report Posted July 26, 2011 oops just saw this was already posted http://www.patspulpit.com/2011/7/25/229385...and-jeremy-ross The NFL has allowed teams to sign undrafted free agents tonight, and according to multiple media reports (hat tip to Greg Bedard of the Boston Globe), the Patriots have already inked two undrafted rookie free agents. The first, offensive tackle Corey Woods of Akron, is a four year starter who played both sides of the line for the Zips. While touted as being fundamentally sound and experienced, Woods is a little bit stiff in the hips and can struggle with speed rushers. Woods stands at just under 6'5" and 303 lbs. He could potentially convert to guard for the Pats.
