LosAngelesZipFan Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 Rasor is interviewing new AD Mack Rhoades in the next few weeks for his excellent blog (http://blogs.ohio.com/rasor/)...what would you want to know?My number one is about the football stadium-- where, when, what. I'd also love to know what he has in mind for making UA football, basketball, and soccer the dominant programs in NEOhio. I'd also love to know if there is any discussion of doing something about the JAR. Quote
zip37 Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 SOUND LIKE WHAT I WANT TO KNOW.QITH BALL AMMUNITION LOCK AND LOAD . Quote
RobC2 Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 Those are the main questions. Most others would be variations.I suppose I'd ask about the b-ball uni's. I love the gold uniforms! Every school in the universe has a white uni. Not many with gold! Excellent identity!!! Quote
GP1 Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 Please ask about how much money has been raised for a football stadium. That will tell us how long till another is built. Quote
zipboy Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 Ideas for creative scheduling to get teams in here or at the Q for basketball? Seems like we have done a good job in football.Plans for network coverage? Looks like ONN will be the TV station. Any changes for radio?Besides the football stadium, any other changes coming to facilities? Quote
zipper Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 I have heard they've already raised around $20 mil. Quote
fear the brown roo Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 i'm kinda curious how much a season ticket is going to be and if they are going to try and slap a PSL onto it to help pay for the stadium, if and when we get one.....i'd also like to know if there are any plans to expand athletic teams such as wrestling, for example. :macc: Quote
Zipsrifle Posted January 29, 2006 Report Posted January 29, 2006 I would like to know if there is going to be something for the fans as far as fundraising for the new stadium? I like the PSL question too. What about continued upgrades to the Soccer facility. Sounds to me like they sold out quite a few times last year.....keep upgrading. Quote
RobC2 Posted January 29, 2006 Report Posted January 29, 2006 How about scheduling A-10 schools in b-ball? We can hang w/ their elite teams (G.W., Temple, Dayton) and beat the rest. Could give us some quality wins against recognizable non-conference opponents. Quote
zipboy Posted January 29, 2006 Report Posted January 29, 2006 Speaking of Temple, aren't they supposed to play in every MAC arena over the next 3 years in mens bball due to letting them in for football. I can't recall that happening this past year. Quote
