The Hip Zip Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 http://t.co/VmeH4XfZ Ahhhh, Much better JSF. Hell, I have it the same way the same way 1-4 but in my mind BG may be slightly better than BSU and I'd give Western the nod over Eastern. Other than that I think you nailed it this week. Quote
OZoner Posted January 25, 2012 Author Report Posted January 25, 2012 It's certainly not a wide gap between 5 and 6, but I do think Ball State is still better right now... and they had only dropped one home game when I wrote it. Eastern beat Western, so they're ahead for now. Quote
psc2009 Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 When we're wrong, I'll gladly admit it. Last week's power rankings were wrong. Akron will be No. 1 when they come out on Friday and the East should have spots 1 through 5. Last night was a demonstration of where the talent lies in this conference. Quote
MDZip Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 One clarification point - under BGSU, it was stated "They don't shoot the three much (303 attempts in 5 games)". That would be an enormous number of threes, one on almost every possession, so that's likely just a typo. But I didn't realize how slow EMU is, they wouldn't even get 60 attempts in a game. When EMU plays Miami, whats the over likely to be? 40? Quote
OZoner Posted January 25, 2012 Author Report Posted January 25, 2012 You're right, that's a mistake. The real number is... 66, I think. I sent a correction in. And I don't even want to think about EMU-Miami. EMU and UT didn't combine for 80. Quote
