The Zips won only one game in each of the last two seasons -- getting outscored by opponents 883-357 -- despite Rivals' claim that they produced the MAC's second best class in 2007 and again in 2009. GP1 Posted January 30, 2012 Report Share Posted January 30, 2012 Good article. It doesn't take 22 good players to win in the MAC which is why the rankings don't matter. It takes around six good players in the right positions, nobody worse than average at the rest and some good coaching to win in the MAC. This league is not complicated.
