liljc
Hixon and Biggs have good chances to get a free agent look with some NFL team, in my opinion. Who knows, maybe even drafted. How about Rohr? He was my favorite player to watch for the last four years. Lord knows the kids got the intensity. I didn't think Blackburn would catch on, and look what he did with the Giants. Of course good luck to all the players who are working out on Friday!
fear the brown roo
blackburn has one thing rohr doesn't....size. jay does remind me of a guy the cardinals and browns had in the 90's. ron wolfley. both are the same size and even look a like. wolfley was a special teams nut. i'd be surprised to see any zip get drafted. i think dixon's MCB really hurt him. both he and biggs will get free agent try outs. biggs will catch on somewhere, his heart is huge and no one works harder. msopher
Remember, the scouts and talent evaluators see these kids different than we do. I know dozens of UT seniors throughout the year who I thought we definite FA signings, but in the end could barely get into the CFL. I think Hixson has the best chance of a FA signing because he would be a valuable KR or PR in the pros. Biggs is a possibility, if he could play special teams, which is what most teams will look for.Are those 2 the only ones? I'm not as familiar with UA as I am Toledo so I don't know who else has a shot on Sundays next season.
liljc
Well, personally, I think Rohr could be a special teamer. His size is the one thing that holds him back, but his heart is not as easily measured. How about playing safety? You know he's not afraid to put a hat on a guy. Quickzips
Hixon is more than likely an UDFA pickup for someone. I don't see him sitting at home come mini-camps. He would be too valuable to some team looking for a return man and a little depth at WR. Biggs might get a look from someone too but I'm not really sure. Rohr is more than likely not going to cut it in the NFL although I could maybe see someone giving him a look as a safety.
Beanie 4 Heisman
hixon could go in rounds 5-7 in the draft. possibly higher. there were not many impressive recievers at the combine. Hixon is now up to 200 lbs and hasnt lost a step. he is still running around a 4.37. if he does good at pro day he will definatly get drafted
gozips19
if jake schafino can go in the 4th round hixon can get drafted

Late round and UDFA WR's are a dime a dozen in the NFL and a lot of teams won't waste a pick on a guy on day 2 of the draft when they can get another guy just like him in UDFA. Hixon is by no means going in the third or fourth so we can put that pipe dream to rest. Also teams will shy away from him a little bit unless he is willing to give up the bikes. Noone wants the next Kellen Winslow on their teams even if it is just their KR.
liljc
What about Swiger? Got a chance. Sullivan should do very well on Friday, it won't actually be 4 th down.

Sullivan should do very well on Friday, it won't actually be 4 th down. yeah i did hear something about sullivan making both the all-backyard and all-practice teams in the off season. no chance on swiger but the kick against marshall was one of my all time zip highlights. just as good as, i think it was dennis heckman against toledo in the 92 acme-zip game? someone out there knows who and when i am talking about.
