AntonioGates
Now that the regular season is over....I will admit...Akron was the second best team in the conference. And we were relieved to see Toledo in the final. But now it's POSTSEASON TIME!!!!! It's time to rally around the MAC and back each other up!!!! We will root for you guys to host a game in the NIT and kick some serious ass!!!! I only hope you will back us for a run to the Sweet 16!!!! Great year!!!! And GREAT RIVALRY!!!!! Chrisj0384
Me too, I have to hand it to Can't, they were a great team. Next year, we are going dancing though.

Well said about the MAC fans supporting each other, go zips and go can't (only till the end of March).
dclear2k
I would LOVE to see AKRON host an NIT game. Hell I'd even consider going too if K-ent goes to the west coast. But I doubt there'd be any available tickets because Akron fans should show up in droves for a home post-season game. GO K_ENT! GO AKRON GO MAC! These next few years are going to be something great for out rivalry!
UAZipster0305
Antonio,Well done...with the rivalry behind us for at least another 8 months, we must back each other up for the rest of the season. I think both schools can make a big impact in their respective post-season tournament. Best of luck to UA and Can't State!
msopher
Looks like Akron and TOledo both go to the NIT. If Can't can win at least their first round game and both MAC teams can advance in the NIT, I'll call it a decent year for the conference.
