Hey guys, as I said earlier, I knew K E N T would win this game. I'm not here to gloat but when I was at the game, I ran into three Zippies, and I must say we talked alot of trash. But I ended up talking with them for like a half hour at least. We all came to agreement about the game and said screw it, it was all about the dollar beer! I would LOVE to see AKRON host an NIT game. Hell I'd even consider going too if K-ent goes to the west coast. But I doubt there'd be any available tickets because Akron fans should show up in droves for a home post-season game. GO K_ENT! GO AKRON GO MAC! K E N T will win. I am foaming at the mouth for a K S U vs. Akron final! Some of my brethren over at BBs will shoot me but I am secretly rooting for Akron to win their first 2 games. Imagine the atmosphere at the Q...two cross town rivals for the lone NCAA bid. If it is the case of the finals, everyone will need ear plug cuz it will be so loud. YOu guys have the crappy ropes too eh? It happend last game @ the MACC we were told we were allowed to rush the court but when the final buzzer hit...those ropes came out. Kinda sucked well...it did suck we wanted to celebrate with our team! But...I think its having to do with NCAA rules or something! But I feel ur pain innot being ableto rush the court! I really really really hope you guys are right about the refs. Imagine a K E N T V. Akron Final that would be a packed and I mean Packed house! But I have another question here, I've been to my fair share of games and this season is by far the worst with the refs. They constantly make bogus calls! Is this the worst ever officiating in BBall u guys have seen?

GoZips...yes I agree Christian hurt his image but it was good thing to get rid of those players, they all had personal agendas and were not buying into the system. It was a blessing in disguise. But dont get me wrong losing scholarships is going to hurt, but it is only for a year. They will be dressing 11 next year instead of ten this year. AND the only reason the "7" footer redshirted was he CHOSE to be redshirted because he wouldnt be getting too many minutes. He is a project I dont gisagree at all but from the progress he made by practicing this year I think he's going to give the MAC alot of trouble. I am so happy AKron is finally turned their bball program around and it makes those 2 games a year more important. May the better team win today and we'll definately be seeing you in Cleveland!
