Not what I wanted to see when I was hoping for some news that could possibly fuel an attendance boost.

if there is a positive we've got the bottom 3 teams in the MAC (in terms of RPI) out of the way. We should win out and be alright to get a top 4 seed. As we know from years past thats all we need bc that guarantees you home field up to Hoover and the College Cup.

If we win out you may be right as 3 of the teams in front of us are from the Big east so they will knock each other off in their tournament. 2 teams we have left with decent (top 50 RPI) are Michigan and west Virginia so this week is super important. Also we should all be rooting for UNC to beat maryland on friday.

Disagree. We aren't going to catch Maryland no matter what. even if we win out (this is assuming they don't have some end of season melt down). Let them have the 1 seed. I want one of seeds 2-4 and UNC beating Maryland cements UNC (also barring meltdown) in one of those spots.

I think Tank has it right. #1 through #4 seeds are equivalent. I would love others to weigh in on this subject.

This. #4 is (essentially) the same as #1. Getting in the top 4 is all that matters.
