K92 Posted March 12, 2013 Report Posted March 12, 2013 I plan on being downtown at 11:00 with ZipsWin!, but we are not going to the Clevelander until later on when the crowd starts to show. Does anyone know when/if the band, cheerleaders, dance team & Zippy will be arriving? Also, if anyone would be willing to share what time they plan to arrive I would appreciate it. I don't want to miss any of the festivities, but don't want to be the lone earlybirds like last year, either. Quote
Dr Z Posted March 12, 2013 Author Report Posted March 12, 2013 According to posters on bobcat forum, the Clevelander was sold this year, and was going through some remolding earlier this year. Their website doesn't seem to have a plethora of activity. Odd that I haven't received an AD/University email about the plans. Maybe it hit my spam. To say the least, I wasn't a fan of the setup last year. Quote

Were it not a Friday in Lent, it might be the first stop. Not sure how I feel about a Vegan dog. The wife and I did a trial crawl about 2 or 3 weeks ago and started at Happy Dog. I love the place. And then there's Sweet Moses .... Quote

Food and drink special will be available two hours before and after each Zips men's and women's game at the Q in the tournament! I enjoyed the beer selection there. They used to have Speckled Hen on tap. IMO, The Market Garden Brewery beers are very average (as of last summer). Quote

They have a few of their own brews on draft, but they have a very nice list of micro brews from around the country. Quote
