Dave in Green Posted November 6, 2013 Report Posted November 6, 2013 You'd think that the Zips getting blown out as a #12 seed last season and losing Zeke and Rico would hurt the Zips in this season's bracketology. But Jerry Palm's first take on CBS Sports is outrageously positive -- Zips represent the MAC with a #11 seed playing #6 seed Iowa in San Antonio. Respect for the Zips basketball program continues to grow. Quote
Dave in Green Posted November 6, 2013 Author Report Posted November 6, 2013 Lunardi starts this season's bracketology off by taking the traditional approach of giving last season's MAC champion a #14 seed, with the Zips playing #3 seed tOSU in Buffalo. This dates way back to May 15, so probably not a lot of thought given to the actual composition of the teams. Quote
MDZip Posted January 17, 2014 Report Posted January 17, 2014 We're back in for now since we lead the MAC - as a 15 seed against Villanova. But at least that game would be in Buffalo. Quote

CBS Sports has us as a 13 seed but playing Kansas in Spokane, WA. http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/bracketology Quote
bigzipguy Posted January 17, 2014 Report Posted January 17, 2014 Has anybody seen of of the Jayhawk's game. They have a 7' center with the quickness of a small forward. Quote
