Big Zips Fan (220lb) Posted September 9, 2006 Report Posted September 9, 2006 I live hundreds of miles away from both Akron and Raleigh, is there a way to get a radio broadcast of the game over the internet? Quote
Valpo Zip Posted September 9, 2006 Report Posted September 9, 2006 Just go to any bar/restaurant that has ESPNU, the game starts @noon EST. Quote
ZachTheZip Posted September 9, 2006 Report Posted September 9, 2006 I'm not sure about a broadcast, but I know ESPN will have a gamecast on their website. I know it is not as exciting as radio or TV, but That is what I have to use when at work because radios are banned and our TVs don't have sports channels. Quote

I have looked around a bit and what I found was that the Gozips.com website says that they carry the radio broadcast of each game with coverage starting 1 hour before kickoff but it looks like it is a subscriber service at $10/month. With my old computer, I would hate to pay for it and not have it work.Yahoo sports covers NC State and for $5 you could listen to all of NC State's games this season. It's too bad that service&price isn't available for the Zips. Quote
liljc Posted September 9, 2006 Report Posted September 9, 2006 I had my Time-Warner cable removed this morning and Directv installed. I am ready to go! I don't care who gets my money, but I HAD to have ESPNU! Quote
