Any estimates on how many Zips fans showed up? I wonder how many new Zips fans there are since ESPN put the last couple minutes on bonus coverage? It looks like we got some new fans here.

I think we had around 60 zips fans, or at least 60 people who had zips gear on.This is my first time at Johnny Malloy and i loved it... great croud and great crew, only if they put some zips posters and flags around.

agreed. that atmosphere was absolutely ELECTRIC. high-fives all around. I must admit, I thought I was gonna have a bad night at work when we had 70 yards and 57 seconds to go. The win did make work a lot more fun (the boss is also an akron alum), though I was 2 hours late

me and some of my teammates sat kinda near the door, and later in the game osu fans started to trickle in. there were a few surprised looks at seeing so many akron fans, and the atmosphere was awesome. oh and rowdy, i saw your car, nice

Sounds like a return engagement is in order for the Ohio game in November (11/16)? I'm going to try to track down some posters and other stuff Malloy's management can use to dress the place up a bit. No conflict with OSU since the Ohio game is on a Thursday night. Great to hear so many Zip fans turned out.
