WSJ College Basketball Team Valuations

The WSJ published an article regarding a study that was completed that valued 175 college basketball teams value. Akron came in 104th at a $14.3 million valuation narrowing edging out OU, who finished 105th,  for best in that MAC. The 2015 valuation was a 36.7% boost over the 2014 valuation. That was the 11th highest % invoice.

I'm not entirely surprised because I've been there.  Very loyal following, and they don't give a damn about the Suckeyes, who are only an hour away.   And notably, Dayton is a smaller city than Akron.  Sad.  That's why I felt so strongly that a potential win over the Suckeyes a few weeks ago could have really left an impression of some of the people who live in Akron who bandwagon with them, and disregard Akron as some insignificant entity.

Very true.  But the people in Dayton could very easily Bandwagon with the "larger" programs in the State, and they don't.  Cincinnati and OSWho are very close, and they also both play major football.
