I called TWC and did the thing were they call me back rather than wait on hold. The wait time was 16-21 mminutes at 1:08PM. Still waiting! Quote

Just be happy that they are making an attempt to carry the game. If enough people complain like you they will probably say the hell with it if it is too much trouble.Just talked to TWC again. Nothing yet, but I made the suggestion to put a crawl across the top of the screen. They said it is going up now.They said they are still working on the problem. I told them not to give up! Quote
