gozips19
i don't think i am jumping the gun by saying this but is it time to consider making some changes with the starters? the left side of the o line is not performing well at all. crouch looks very slow and is holding the line back. what has happened to kaz? he can't catch a cold and isn't blocking well either. on d tate looked like he had no clue out there. i am not sure if there is an option to replace him or if his performance was more due to a poor defensive scheme? all of these players have performed well in the past but have been looking very flat. any one else out there seeing what i am seeing? RACER
i have to agree on the o-line. i can not totally blame any db because we get no pass rush on the qb. when we do get a pass rush it's usually a late hit on the other qb.im sure most people would be against this, but i would like to see some of the other qb's get a series ,or maybe two to get some experience. the next game is out of conference so it would be a good time.luke to me is still a very good qb,but he will not be here next year. also if he does get hurt we have no qb who has any game experience. fear the brown roo
i would like to have seen the second teamers in the fourth quarter against Can't and north texas. both game's outcomes were clearly determined midway through the fourth.so far this year, our second team o has a total of one snap.....as far as the o-line goes, changes are desperately needed. no inside running game or pass protection. i think schepp needs to be somewhere on the line at all times. kemme is an improvement on the left side where he'll play the next two years anyhow. anderson is a big, strong, young kid that needs some playing time and he'll be a monster in the future. abandon the ship? no. give some young guys a chance to show what they can do when the vets aren't getting it done. Buckzip
I would like to see C. Jackson get some real game time snaps, and let's see some of the back up o-linemen too. These guys can't do worse than the starters.I think CJ can make some things happen with his feet. Luke is a statue.
liljc
I would like to see how Tim Crouch looks sitting on the bench. I wonder if Luke would like to see that , too.

Some how i think Crouch on the bench would lead to the water cooler being sacked 5 times.
Blue & Gold
I think we're all tremendously dissappointed in the OL. This is the first year that I can remember that I thought we were actually going to have a dominating OL. I was worried about next year, us losing the entire OL and all. But the way things have gone thus far, we need new guys out there. The OL is just getting absolutely destroyed.
RACER
i still think luke is a great qb.im not all displeased with his play. i am just worried next year well have no qb with any playing time.cinnci is a non conference game which would be great to win,but if the situation calls we need to see what the other qb's can do. Last year JD stuck with LG through the bad games and he got better so I doubt that we'll see any backups in there. I have a feeling we'll come out in the next game with some fire and intensity so win or lose I hope to see our heads in the game, making tackles and playing with discipline. RACER
i hope your right, but if teams that are six and six become bowl eligible that won't leave many spots unfilled. the mac runner up, and champion get two.maybe we can get the third bowl tie in but we need to be more than 6-6 to get it. I would like to see him get his personal foul ejection in the first quarter so we can get on with the game.
Buckzip
Let's see what Bates or Schepp can do over Crouch.
gozips19
i am still not sure if crouch needs to sit but some of theese younger guys need some game reps. does anyone know if any of the younger guys are getting more reps during practice? also on the left side is donaldson. he's too slow! i agree we need to see some more of shepe (sp) bates, and anderson. i don't want to see any major shake ups as o lines need reps as a unit but something needs to be done if this continues.
