I hear you have game, Is that true?Hello AK-ROWDIES and welcome to Wednesday November 29, 2006. I hope your classes are going well and you are staying afloat. I would like to thank you for taking time out of your busy night on Monday to come to the meeting. We had a nice turn out. Also I am very sorry for the late notice, we are also students who are trying to make everything fall into place. We will work hard to improve our efforts to get the word out to you. If the meeting time did not work out for you, I am sorry. There is still a chance to get your shirts and be with your fellow AK-ROWDIES family. Every one need to take note here because this affects every one.Our Women’s Basketball team plays Pitt at 7:00 Pm in the James A Rhodes Arena. This could possibly be the biggest game of the year for the ladies. I know what your thinking, “ we have so much going on why should we come to this game”. Trust me I know the feeling but, I am still writing this email to you. Here’s a few important reason’s why you should be there:• The Ladies Need your Support• Coach Kest would be happy• There’s going to be free wings at 6:00 Pm in section 5 where the bleachers are, that’s to the right of the AK-ROWDIES entrance(southwest side of the stadium by the class rooms)• You have a chance to be in the Make it take it Spring Break challenge at half time. This is where lucky fans will get to take a half court shoot and if they make it they will win $300 towards there spring break trip.• If you come to the game, and were unable to come to the meeting on Monday well give you your shirt after the game.So please come join us at 6:00 pm As The AK-ROWDIES and The AKRON ZIPS get ready to take on PITT. Tip off is at 7:00pm sharp we need all of you to be in the AK-ROWDIES section by then. If your friends did not get this email bring them to the game as well.
