KentZip
Favors Akron and would have 3 to play 3.http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=333&p=2&c=606696
timmyboy
i recently spoke with him via email and he said it was down to akron and he was waiting to see if illinois was going to offer, but he said he was leaning towards akron at that time ( and this was 2 weeks ago) it seems like it is kinda late in the process with NLOI day being a week away to have schools that are already recruiting 8 other DB's to offer him now, so hopefully he sticks with the zips. I will try to email him again later today to see how things are going and i will keep u updated.
Blue & Gold
Do we really need another DB?
timmyboy
i just got an email back from him and he said that akron has pulled their offer for him, because they have signed 2 JC CB's with one being williams. They told williams that he would be a Rb here at akron. so i wonder if they are just telling him that but actually going to use him as a CB when he gets here..... who knows
Beanie 4 Heisman
we are fairly thin at corner. if you look we have reggie corner, davanzo tate, and brandon anderson as the only returning people from last year. Delvin Davis and DeAndre DeScott are no longer with the team. Miguel Graham makes CB number 4 and if we use bryan williams as a corner that makes 5. i dont think 5 corners is enough especially if there are injuries. What do we do in nickel and dime situations if there are injuries?
gozips19
you should replace williams with brinson, but your point is a good one. only 5 db's isnt a lot. also corner will be done after next season as will tate. we need db's to fill the gap. zff
Brison should be a prop kid so he could not be around the team until fall ball.

zff
When you don't have an offer and you want some free school you take what is given to you. I ma sure this young man is very good and can play at the Div I level.
