That's what our record will be if everything goes according to plan in Cleveland. That's a helluva accomplishment and without a doubt the best Zips team of all time. Hopefully nobody steps up and spoils it, because it would be a shame for this team not to go dancing after all the hard work and sacrifice. And just think, with the ball bouncing a different way in a few of the more frustrating losses this season, we were in reach of 30.

26 more points in the right spots this season and we are undefeated.Lost by 2 to UALR-Score 3 more and we winLost by 6 to UIC-Score 7 more and we winLost by 2 to Nevada-Score 3 more and we winLost by 5 to OU-Score 6 more and we winLost by 3 to Toledo-Score 4 more and we winLost by 2 to Miami-Score 3 more and we winFor those Can't lurkers who may not be able to add. Thats 26 more points we score at the right times of the season and we are undefeated. Think about that for a second.

Not to disagree with the undefeated mark but also remember we beat UALR we play Texas Tech, beat them we play Marquette beat them we play Duke sooo undefeated may not have happened but I understand your point!

if we would only have won the nevada game. with 25 plus wins they would have had to put us in the tourney.that's the game we had to have.does anyone think we stillhave an outside chance if we make it to the finals and lose? after what as happened to the mac teams in the past we won't. still 26 wins ,and not go the big dance .after that what's the point of the regualr season then?

Our faint chances of an at-large went out the window with the recent losses to Toledo and Miami. But, if some of you still think we have a chance, AND I HOPE YOU ARE RIGHT, you still need to consider this factor....It all depends on how many favorites win their conference tournaments. Every time an underdog wins a conference tournament, it usually means that the conference's regular season champ will then be thrown into the pool of potential at-large contenders. So, as this week progresses, keep hoping that the favorites win the conference tournaments. That would leave the maximum number of at-large spots available.

How do you get 26-6? We are 24-6 now and it takes 3 wins if everything goes right in Cleveland making us 27-6.Of course if you count only Division 1 wins you are correct.
The win over Tiffin doesn't count in the eyes of the selection committee, because they are a non-Division I team.
