Red
What warner channel is BTN on?
Z.I.P.
Does this mean the game will not be broadcast by any ESPN channel? If so, this is bad news, as the new network isn't on any radar (let alone TV) screens outside the Midwest.
Bleacher Bum
I think the Big 10 Network is owned by Fox (not positive), if this is the case, there's a chance that one of Fox's other channels might be able to show the game if no one is able to get the channel. This should also mean that none of the ESPN channels will be able to get it.
Bleacher Bum
http://www.cleveland.com/plaindealer/stori...3090.xml&coll=2http://www.cleveland.com/plaindealer/stori...8430.xml&coll=2There's a couple of articles from today's Plain Dealer. Apparently Time Warner and Comcast don't have it yet. DirectTV and smaller cable carriers do. The network will also not air commercials for alcohol, kinda funny since football and alcohol go together like peanut butter and jelly, but I guess they're gonna play more than football. The second article also says that Time Warner carries ESPNU now on its basic lineup. I just returned my cable box a few weeks ago since I moved back home but I do not remember ESPNU being on there.
UAZips
Time Warner in Akron dumped ESPN Classic off of channel 34 a few weeks ago. Perhaps they're planning on adding ESPNU in it's place? I hope so...I've had enough poker re-runs to last the rest of my life.
