Zipsrifle Posted November 5, 2004 Report Share Posted November 5, 2004 Well put. I think it will be an extremely tough game, but, with that said, the outcome of this game is entirely up to the Zips. No excuses. We've been given every advantage that we could have possibly hoped for. 2 weeks to prepare, game is at home, Nationally televised, much larger crowd than normal. Is Marshall looking past us a bit? Next week Marshall is at BG...Generally considered a much more formidable opponent than Akron. If we don't take this one we can only blame ourselves. Is this the where JD takes the Zips to a new level? This is quite possably the biggest game since Marshall in 2000! We are going to need everyone to step up. Signing off till after the Game, making the trip South @ 8:00 AM tomorrow Morning. Lets give Marshall a proper send off from the MAC East! GO ZIPS!
