Guest Seer Posted November 6, 2004 Report Posted November 6, 2004 Nice game Mr. Scholarship winner. Hey Goddard, your momma want's to know what to cook you for Thanksgiving Dinner since you'll be watching the Zips play for the MAC Title... BE-ATCH! Quote
Guest RTN Posted November 7, 2004 Report Posted November 7, 2004 Great photo-- Caption should be-"And you want to be MY latex salesman?" Zips Rock!! Quote
Guest ohmyGODdard Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 I think in all fairness, Goddard had two sacks on Frye. Recap: Senior defensive end Jonathan Goddard finished the game with 6 tackles, 4 for loss, and had 2 quarterback sacks. Quote
Dr Z Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 I think in all fairness, Goddard had two sacks on Frye. Maybe Zip fans are tired of Marshall fans posted photos of Goddard on their board. You can debate all day who had a better game. Fact is Frye put up over 300+ yards passing and the Zips put up 500+ yards of offense on Mr Goddard. One thing you can NOT debate is: Frye = W Goddard = L Quote

Guest Guest_ZIP Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Unfortunately, I was unable to attend that game on Friday. Zips WOW. But before the half the announcers said that Goddard had a bad first half. It looked like OT-71 and the backfield handled him all game long. Also, it looked like his sacks cam on designed reads or roll outs. From what the herd nation was saying, #50 would have all his sacks against the drop back. Nice job to 71 and 72. Beat OU fellas, I will be watching. Quote
Guest Guest Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Does anyone have any updates as to if ESPN is going to televise the Akron/Miami game assuming both teams win this weekend? Just curious because work is going to get put on hold for this one! Quote
mollautt Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 =>No chance of it being moved to Friday. See Devil Grads post... http://www.miamihawktalk.com/discussion/vi...=17213&start=25 Quote
