Here's to a class of guys who has given their all for the Zips the past five seasons, playing for a staff that didn't recruit them and that they didn't come to Akron to play for. If not for the incompetence of that staff, they might have had a lot more success here than they did. No one can question the heart of guys like John Mackey, Jabari Arthur, Mike Schepp, Yamari Dixon, Chevin Pace, Kris Kasparek, and Reggie Corner and as the last recruiting class of the previous regime we are going to be in deep trouble without them (never thought I'd hear myself say that). All of those guys are Zips through and through and understand what it means to bleed, fight, and leave your all on the field for the Blue and Gold. Unfortunately a lot of their teammates and many of their coaches don't. You guys will be missed.
