I applaud you guys for not relying on some other group to be the home of the Zips. I have to say that this is come a long way from the dreamwater board I stumbled upon what, 5 years ago? I logged on tonight just to see if there was anything new and there were 26 people nosing around. Lots of new posts everyday, and lots of discussion going on. I think it's safe to say that this is the place to be if you want to get info of anykind on UA! I also think that you've helped to increase the number of Zips fans out there as we are few and far between. Thanks for your efforts! I only discovered the site by accident a couple of years ago and just lurked for a while thinking I wouldn't have anything to contribute. Then I signed up and never posted anything for quite a while but then once I got past that I've been throwing my opinions out there just like everyone else. I especially like some of the newer improvements like the chat room, I used that a lot while the post season was going, nice to root with like minded people, even if only virtually. So thanks for all you've done and the effort you've put into it. No chance something like this would have existed when I was in school (despite the fact the Internet didn't exist ), there just wasn't this kind of passion nor energy nor enthusiasm. This board is a great thing to have and credits go to the founders.Is it possible that you guys tell us how that whole thing started, where you guys met and started this idea and how it developped?Also, obviously there is $ invested to keep this board up.I suggest having a rotation of volunteers periodically covering the costs rather than the same people paying every year. Lame.just because you got deleted for being an ass doesn't make the forum lame. it shows even more what a lack of character you have to come into a topic thanking the mods and saying it's lame (and yes, i saw the cover your ass line "this board is great")ignore him mods, your work is appreciated by the true zips.
