Zips lost a close one at BG last year and in KDs last year the Zips lost by 1 at BG. Groce's first year Akron beat them twice. Akron has dominated the series.

My opinion isn't one that matters. I like whoever Akron recruits until I don't! But I think we all appreciate some new activity on the board. Everyone's a little on edge coming down the homestretch

I clicked around on the tournament simulator and can only find one extreme scenario that puts the Zips outside the top 4 seeds. Eastern Michigan and Ohio look like locks for 8 and 9.
