All that cheating didn't help them in the MAC tournament against the Zips.

We dropped to #4 in the final RPI thanks to having to play two crappy teams in our tournament while the other top teams got games against decent competition. Thanks, MAC.

That is surprising. And exciting.

Unless you actively sought him out for a conversation and tried to corner him and then he ignored you, I don't see what the big deal is. Maybe he should hire someone who's job it is to go around and talk to the fans. Or maybe of of the assistant ADs can step up and do that.

What the hell is going on here? It is very unusual for players to leave during the season. I have heard that the new coaching staff has made it very clear to the players that they are not wanted on the team, and are there only to fill things in until the staff can fully recruit a team of their own. I don't know if that's true, but it explains why so many players are leaving in the middle of the season instead of sticking it out and then transferring over the summer like most player who want to leave do. It also follows along with the coach's statements that he is looking to follow the Al Golden approach to rebuilding - i.e. blowing up the team and starting from complete scratch.

You can add Sophomore CB Marvase Byrd to that list. At this rate we won't have any sophomores left on the team by the end of the season.

UCSB calls Akron's bracket the "Group of Death".

A tough bracket, but that means it's up to us fans to come out stronger than ever before and make Lee Jackson Field a living nightmare for the opposing teams. It's go time!

Unfortunately, Maryland is on Akron's side of the bracket. The Louisville (#1) and UNC (#4) brackets are the opposite side. The Zips and Terps would match up in the College Cup semi's if they win out at home. Maybe he was looking at it sideways or something. I caught it too, but that's the quote I heard.

Just had an idea to save on quite a bit of bandwidth. Require visitors to be logged in to view the forums and image galleries. Saves on bandwidth while encouraging lurkers to register and possibly contribute something.
