I went to the Cinnci game (im from Los Angeles Cali)....And I saw zippy for the first time...And i can honestly say i was kinda disappointed at how non-intimidating the zip looks. Then I watch espn and i see all of the other mascot and they're actually look like they could do some damage in a jersey and some pads....LOL.Anyone else thing the zip should be made a lil more masculine for a sport like men's football..... and if not masculine....juss a lil more mean.She doesnt look agile, strong, or determined to do anything but put a smile on a little kids face.Im not trying to insult zippy.....juss wondering how u guys feel about that, or if there is a reason behind it.

Couldnt agree with you more. let me call him.....LOLAnd dont get me wrong....me and my other brother are waaaay past frustrated if he isnt performing at a level we know he can. I was at the cinnci game( my first AK game ) and i honestly couldnt believe what i was seeing in the first quarter...we give him a way lower threshold for error then anyone else.I really juss want shit to work out cause i wanna see Akron with another shot at a bowl game. i really feel akron could only have 1 or 2 losses.

Lets talk about the word consistency for a minute....Its inevitable for even the most consistent receiver to have an off game....granted at the cinnci game he did have a couple dropped passes in the first quarter...i would be juss a lil itchy if I was playing against a team that was nationally ranked for the first time in my career against a real NFL corner. And now in his first BIG RIVALRY game that actually means sumthin...shit happens. Not making excuses he my brother and i expect him to catch and make a play with every ball that touches his hands...but when it comes down to it....no one was making that catch like that in the end of the fourth quarter other than Bowser. Nothing against Andre Jones...They complement each other perfectly I feel...different play styles. Andre is serious! Clearly the chemistry between Bowser and Jac still has a long way to come (coming from some1 who has seen what happens when there is QB-Bowser chemistry), but it is growing. Maybe Camp ending knee surgery may have haltered that process...i dunno. What you see isnt what you get...sometimes its the receivers fault...sometimes its jac's fault...watching the game you wouldnt know...trust me.If u need proof Uafan go to youtube and check out the highlight tape....same shit he has done to JC corners...he has now done to NFL corners...(not the Can't corner...LOL)Turning one of your worst games....into a game winning acrobatic TD catch and a 20 yard catch that put igor in cash money land...sounds like the makings of a resillient football player.

Agreed. Does anyone else feel the playcalling can bit a bit "too" conservative @ times. I feel as if sometimes AK so go for some more shots at the endzone 30-25 yards out....not a whole lot but juss a lil more.

We are so desperate, some of us are suggesting that we take a look at the male cheerleaders!LOL yeah i am....but football isnt my groove....if i did play in high school like i intended maybe a different story LOL. Im positive i wouldnt be able to help...if u think male cheerleaders can solve some of the defensive mysteries...be my guest....a little school spirit and enthusiasm couldnt hurt in a huddle.....

i cant wait to see them play in person...my plans changed and i didint move to akron but ill be there for the cinnci game....I cant wait. Juss look for the big black man probably with a hat on yelling at the top of his lungs how soryr the cinnci corners are LOL. You will def be able to point me out in the crowd LOL.
