ZTV will be unable to film since CBS and TBS own the rights to film the game and press conference's. I will be present in the press conference and will post the interview questions and responses on the blog after the game for all of you who are interested.

Not 100% sure if all editions are the same, but mine has a large picture of Meves (featured image on the page) making one of the PK saves along with the article on the front page of the sports section. That's great! The Akron Beacon is doing a much better job of covering Akron. One or two years ago the lead article on the front page of the Akron Beacon Journal's sports section would have been a preview of today's Cleveland Brown's game. Honestly. Did we get mentioned on any of the evening newscasts last night? I know, I know... I ask for the moon. I do know Fox 8 was present during the game so I would imagine there was something on the team going back to the College Cup on that channel.

It will only be used for the NCAA Tournament. The NCAA Requires that you have some sort of room or tent for a press conference. The room that was used was actually the sports medicine room under the stands.

Or if you feel you can do a better job, by all means contact the athletic departments media staff and start filming your own press conferences as well as running avid to edit the video. You do realize this is a student ran thing and we do not get paid for this, it's a learn as we go kind of thing. That being said we do appreciate everyone else who has been thankful for what we have done.

I was thinking the exact same thing as I watched it. It's because he's a pretty good QB. Matt Rodgers had as much chance in the Zips QB "competition" as Eugene Jarvis has being a kidney donor. Did anyone else realize that Wagner was listed as a Strong Safety instead of linebacker? Also I was kind of disappointed that they didn't even mention his name and what he did last year.
