I am a huge fan of drafting 3 offensive lineman in this draft. There is a lot of 'Good' talent on the o-line in this draft. I hope the Browns move down in the first round because Thomas reminds me too much of Gallery. Draft Peterson first after we trade down and pick up another 2nd round pick. Guys like Sears, Kalil, Blaylock(sp?), Staley, and Alleman are good talents and will be available if we have 2 second round picks and a third rounder.Just my thoughts.

I played with his older brothers Zach and Seth. Eric is the tallest of the bunch and easily the purest shooter, but he lacks the other twos quickness which is something I think will hurt him at this level. Seth sat on the bench a year at Can't State and Zach played for Malone. Eric would fit in well at Akron and knowing the family the way I do he is a good kid who is mentally tough! I think he could contribute in the style of Linhart with scrappy defense and rebounds. I would believe Eric to be a better shooter but Linhart has the quickness Eric lacks.He would be a great addition to our squad and would definitely be able to contribute more than others on the bench are able too!

From my understanding there is another Spring Game next week. Might want to check with football though. I think the Athletics Department set this Spring Game up so that they could have the festival and tie it in with baseball.

He may be hating, but Rasor did compare CJ to Michael Vick and that truly is no comparison at this point! He can be compared to vick. Both are left handed....both are very good as scrambleing, both have the ability to create with their feet if a play breaks down, both throw tight passes and both (at times) throw some ducks. Yeah he may not have many game situation snaps under his belt, but if you seen video of him from HS and seen video of Vick from HS...Jackson is like the clone of vick. We will have to agree to disagree! CJ has potential and I am strongly hoping that he meets your expectations and reaches the level of play that Vick has been able to perform at, hopefully CJ will have a better attitude, but I think it is a little early to be labeling him as a Mike Vick clone!

Huggins did alot for this prgram when he was here. He was honored for that! He deserves to be right where he is in the JAR no matter what he has done since then!

I like what Big Zip said about drafting Calvin Johnson!I am worried about Adrian Peterson. No matter what he wants you to believe, the guy is injury prone. If your going to draft a RB 1st, trade the #3 and go in the mid-teens to draft Marshawn Lynch. Then with the extra picks work on the O-Line. But, a running back is not needed right now! If the Browns stay in the 3 slot and Johnson is there, draft him. You can get great O-Line players in the 2nd and 3rd rounds! O-Line and D-Line are musts! But, Savage has said that with the first pick he drafts the best player on his board in the draft. If CJ is there, I think that is who we get!

It must be difficult to come into a situation where people loved the folks that were in marketing before. of course you are going to be be harder on us. just give them time and you will like the mas much as Waddell, Newhouse, Olivett, Butler and that whole crew. did you just say "harder on us"? hm.... maybe the admin DOES read/post here afterall. they totally did you caught them!
