ZachTheZip Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 Miguel Graham hurts his ankle, taken to the lockerroom.Injury numbers are getting absurdly high. Quote
RootforRoo44 Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 It's official- I'm trying out for the kicking team next year. I can't imagine I'd do much worse. No excuses for missing a 23 yard field goal. And it figures he hits a 51 yarder but we call time out. Quote
RACER Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 we have to find a fg kicker next year.even if it means giving up a scholly. Quote
RootforRoo44 Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 btw the quality is pretty good on justin.tv/channelsurfing.net Quote
GJGood Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 Do any of the coaches recognize the difference in Stec's punts between the roll-ot style and standard style? Abandon the rollout punts! Terrible rolling out all year, two boomers standard style today. Quote

He was a great kicker at McKinley. Quote

UA Fan Posted October 24, 2009 Author Report Posted October 24, 2009 Why are we fielding these punts inside the 10? Quote
ZachTheZip Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 A 52 yard punt.Again, why weren't we doing this all freaking season? Quote
Zipgrad01 Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 Why are we fielding these punts inside the 10?Good question. I keep saying the same thing. This play calling makes me want to pull my hair out. Quote

ZachTheZip Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 OK. So I'm thinking we should fire JD now, and appoint an interim head coach. If stupid calls are still made, keep repeating down the chain of command until you find someone who doesn't screw up. Quote
RACER Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 i wonder if we can even beat a d-1 team this year. Can't has moved to 4-4.the good thing about this season is alottof young guys will get some playing time.i hope we have enough guys to finish the season though. Quote
zipsfan13 Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 It is so hard to watch what has become of the team this year. Quote
zen Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 I had to quit watching/listening too... but I'm going out anywayThanks for that link, BTW. I bookmarked it.@JDBrookhart.Guys, he is good as gone. Writing is on the wall.I'm just as frustrated as you, but he poured 5+ years of dedication into our team, and I say let him finish out the season. Quote
UAZipster0305 Posted October 24, 2009 Report Posted October 24, 2009 We have by far the best futbol team in the country and one of the worst football teams in D-I. Tragically ironic considering the talent on the football team is actually pretty good IMO.More than ever I am looking forward to the Captain's review of this one. Quote
