GP1 Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Step 1: Open mouthStep 2: Insert footWell, here it goes. The MAC breaks a nine game bowl losing streak today when BG beats Idaho. I like senior QBs and I like that senior QB throwing to a future NFL wide receiver. I think today is the day.....I hope.....could we really be this bad?Idaho 28BUGS 34 Quote
Zipmeister Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 I have a strong feeling the BGers will win by 14, although it could just be gas. Quote
cms133@uakron.edu Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 DAMN, BG scores early Quote
Ryno aka Menace Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 Damn Idaho scores late....and wins....damn the MAC is sad this year. Quote
GoZips88 Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 BGSUcks ...What a gutsy call by the Idaho coach. Congrats to them and their fans. They've been bad for a long time. Nice win for their program. The MAC blows. Quote
Ryno aka Menace Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 Looks like 1-3 in the bowls for the MAC. Come on Central you can do it!! Give the conference their lone bowl victory. Quote

Give the conference their lone bowl victory.People were saying on the ESPN Convo that the Idaho pass into the EZ hit the ground. I didn't see it on my PC. What happened at the end, anyway -- other than the obvious, UI going for 2 and making it, per the refs? Quote
GJGood Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 Guys, the MAC has five bowl teams so I guarantee the conference won't be 1-3. We still have the GMAC (CMU vs. Troy) and the International Bowl (NIU vs. South Florida) in Toronto. Quote
GP1 Posted December 31, 2009 Author Report Posted December 31, 2009 I really thought this was going to be the game. When we look back, will we see a better single player performance in any bowl game in 2009 better than #7 at BGSU. He had something like 15 catches for 215 yards. Simply a fantistic performance. Absolutely fantistic performance #7...great job. Quote

We are, however, northern ohio football fans... who has the place to tell us how to feel about football given the years of torment endured? Quote
Zippysgotagun Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 Barnes also set an FBS record for most receptions in a season. Hats off to him. And yes, he had quite a game tonight, too. Quote
