Ryno aka Menace Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Miami looked pretty good last night I am trying to figure out how they lost to Central Michigan did they just not play well or is Central that good? Quote
Kangaroo Craig Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 They did look good. Part of the reason for the lopsided score is because the Bearcats committed a lot of turnovers. I shut it off early in the fourth quarter. I think at that point they already had four or five. Take away the turnovers and Miami still wins, but its a close one. Remember the Middle Tennessee game. We would have blown them out if not for many costly turnovers. If we limit our mistakes against CMU, we should be able to handle them fairly easy. Who knows, sometimes strange things happen in college in sports. Hopefully not on Saturday at the RB. Quote
KingZip Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Cincinnati sucks. They only beat West Carolina 7-3. Quote
Captain Kangaroo Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Miami is slowly adjusting to their new staff. Cincinnati sucks. That combination yields the result you saw last night. Quote
msopher Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 As long as Josh Betts is Miami's QB then they will go nowhere. I don't compare him to Big Ben but I think he is too overrated. Quote
ZipDude Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Dantonio's team was not prepared to play the Redsquat's . They started a comeback but were down too far. IMHO Miami did not look that good. Quote
zipsbandman Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 And to think D'antonio was one of Akron's potential coaching candidates. Quote
