If a player was a non-qualifier in 2009, he is not eligible in the spring of 2010.Or -- If he was eligible in fall '09, and had a bad report card, he's also not eligible for the spring of 2010.Just because they are not on the spring roster doesn't mean they are off the team.You're welcome.
