The University of Hawai'i's Athletic Director has come up with a novel approach to raising parking funds through an on-line reverse auction of stadium parking spots. They anticipate possibly raising over 700k total. You think this will catch on?

Creating revenue is always a good idea for a non-BCS type school. I think Akron could do something like this, but not for parking spaces. Maybe for vouchers to go up to the upper levels of the stadium and partake of some Roo Brew?

Will never happen...Akron is way too conservative for that type of drastic and possible problematic change.
