I think he's already started with UC but I wonder if he'll be able to hang around to enjoy some of the football & soccer fun he's helped create?

Interim AD UAM is gonna be running on lots of adrenaline for a while, I think.

LO will get some credit for this MACC since most of the upperclassmen were his recruits, but would his staff have coached this team to the title? BTW, congrats to LO on a 9-2 season at Ashland.

I know I'll take some heat for this, but LO does deserve some of this credit. Alot of his players like Hixon and Kasparek came through big tonight. Also, I would like to irrelevantly point out that LO's last season was much like this season. Blew a lot of games we should've won and went 5-3 in the MAC. The cards really fell our way this year though, and this staff obviously knows how to win the big one.

I would have to disagree somewhat about the seasons being similar. LO's 7-5 season was with, what? the second easiest schedule in the country? LO's last season was supposed to be good and ended up very mediocre, where as JD was supposed to have a down/rebuilding year and won the MAC championship and is going to the MCB. I dunno, I just have a hard time seeing the two coaches even being compared.

You can debate this topic until the cows come home.

Anthing that I type would just be an opinion. If you

want to truly know the answer to this question, ask

a player on the team that has played for both coaches.

Even ask the parents of a player that has played for both

coaches. They have definite opinions on the matter.

I have heard from both.
