2Ball
Did anyone receive there football renewal forms? It looks like parking in LOT 9 now requires a $100 Z Fund donation plus the $50 for the parking pass. So, it looks like it will cost me $150 to park to go to the football games and $110 to actually watch the game in a reserved seat, in a 64 million dollar stadium, if I purchase both. I guess its a little cheaper than the $5,000 donor lot it was supposed to be. Will any of you who have purchased LOT 9 passes previously pay the $100 fee? I predict LOT 9 will be half full next fall. Bleacher Bum
I was previously in Lot 9, but will not be renewing at all this year....and it's not because the team only won 1 game. That part doesn't bother me. The scene has changed for the worse and it's not really worth my time, effort, & money anymore to make the trip. Same here - I'm not inclined to pay MORE after our worst season for a parking lot with very little benefits anymore besides distance. zipsfan33
How many of you are going to renew (if you are season ticket holders)? IS anyone gonna buy in that isn't? And has anyone jumped the gun and sent in their renwals already because they are SOOOOOO excited to see what some call football?
uhgrad2002
Since the prices didn't jump, I am going to renew. I will use the free parking.

Dr Z
New this season is the Zips Ultimate Season Ticket, which at the cost of $60 includes a general admission season ticket, a season parking pass in the south campus deck on East Exchange Street, and a $30 concessions voucher (entire package is valued at $120). Blue & Gold
I'm going to renew. I'm also buying my brother a season ticket. He's, I'm sad to say, a Columbus fan, so he'll appreciate the opportunity to get an Akron-Columbus ticket. I'm trying to turn him from the dark side. Last year's season didn't help matters. K92
I am definitely renewing. I will not be parking in a non-tailgating lot, though. Are the lot 9 folks going to be back or will the lot be empty? I would like to park with some people having fun with good food and beer before the game. Last year I found myself walking over to lot 9 quite a bit because the only thing going on in lot 34 was listening to the crickets chirp. If there is going to be any semblance of a party in lot 9, I am willing to pay the $150, but not if it only means a shorter walk to the stadium. xu9697
I am MOST LIKELY renewing for my 3rd year. I have made 9 of 12 games in 2 years as a season ticket holder. Getting free parking might be enough to push me towards renewing.

Roo
I am renewing as well, the cost is really a drop in a bucket, so it isnt a huge burden. However, since my it is in my fathers name and he handles everything, he expects me to get all the information. I think we are going to go on the road this year to watch the Zips, obviously seeing a game in OSU would be neat but probably the Cinci game as well. can somebody tell me how I get info on requesting those tickets or do they let us know automatically when the time comes? Thanks. Nvm guys, I see an Email address for a person to contact and I will follow up with them. Thx..

Since Ive only been a ticket holder since the new Info opened and Im not a big donator on the Z Fund, I am hoping some quality seats are left when it comes my turn. Hopefully we see some quality games this year, the stadium is such a great experience and worth the cost, now it's just getting some quality play.
