akronzips71
Watched most of the game. The way we played the other night we would have blown out either of them. KE N T does not show any outside shooting.
zip37
Can't seems to be on the deeeeecline, while we seem to beon the up tick. The final few games should be interesting! That looks ssooooo good!
plowerman78
i tweeted this earlier, honestly Can't should of cared less about this game. They have their make up game vs WMU on Monday and this game is seemingly meanless bc of the fact their not going to get an at large bid. They should be worried about the thing that would get them into the tourney and thats the MAC championship. Ill be interested to see how many minutes Can't's starters played, havent been able to check yet bc i was working at the land of mouse ears earlier today. What i do know is that Greene didnt have a good game for the second straight game. Should be interesting to see how Can't plays down the stretch. But of course GO ZIPS!!! Let'sGoZips94
IT'S 7:50 AND... Akron can honestly control their own destiny (seems like this is a yearly thing haha). Just keep doing what you're doing Zips. Let's get that BYE and then,

Just keep doing what you're doing Zips. Let's get that BYE and then, I think you're right. It looks like if we win out, no matter what else happens, we'd have the #4 spot. But, that's gonna take a couple of huge road wins, and wins at home against two teams that have already beaten us this year.

Creighton is only relevant to our 20 win streak. Winning out not only locks up a good seed, but gives the team a real shot at the MAC season title. I expect Miami to drop a couple games near the end, which is the help we really need, so why not. Come on Zips!

Guyton = 34 minutes Sherman = 31 minutes Greene = 27 minutes Holt = 25 minutes Porrini = 24 minutes Manns = 20 minutes I'd say they weren't holding any of the regulars back from their normal PT. Perrini hurt his shooting hand and left the game. Not sure how serious it was. As for us blowing out Drexel or Cant for that matter ... did you pay too much for that stuff yer smokin? Drexel plays solid, hands in your face, defense. Drexel rebounds like its a competition. We would lose to Drexel in our house.
